Get in touchVery few WordPress sites come close to the disk space included in the Base plan. If yours does, extra disk space is available as an add-on. Upgrading is seamless, with no downtime to your website.
A CDN is an optional upgrade, get in touch to order. A CDN (Content Delivery Network), a way for a website to serve content speedily, to visitors that are browsing far from where the server is located. E.g. when someone from Europe is browsing a site hosted in South Africa, the site speed may not be optimal. When using a CDN, most of the content is delivered from CDN servers in Europe, must closer to the visitor.
This improves the visitor experience on your site by delivering content much faster as the place the content is being delivered from is closer to their physical location.
Fast delivery of content (a page that loads fast), increases conversion rates and a whole host of other important metrics. Conversely a slow page delivery can a severe negative impact to a sites visitor numbers, conversion rates etc.
Our Base Website Management plan is our starting point for website management. The Base plan is a really good starting point for serious websites, the base or starting point for our website management.
Most of the features on the base plan can be upgraded and also some services added, to provide an even more robust and comprehensive service, examples below.
Examples of upgrades to the Base plan would be:

- Daily backups upgraded to hourly backups.

You can make content edits to your site yourself at any time.
Your plan also includes unlimited content edits each month that we do for you: copy changes, new or updated images, and similar updates. Any bugs you or we find are fixed too.
Indeed our WordPress optimized cloud hosting is included. We manage it all for you, no need for you to give it another thought.
Every plan includes a generous monthly visit allowance, shown on its pricing card. Most small-business sites use only a fraction of it. A visit is one unique visitor in 24 hours; bots and crawlers don’t count.
Occasional spikes, like a campaign or press coverage, are fine. If your site goes over its allowance two months in a row, or its traffic starts affecting other sites on the server, we’ll get in touch and recommend upgrading your plan or moving to your own cloud server, priced separately.
There are no surprise overage charges, and we never take your site down without talking to you first. The only exception is an attack or emergency that puts other clients’ sites at risk, where we may limit traffic temporarily while we sort it out.
