There are no restrictions on the amount of products you can sell, so the answer is you can sell as many products as you wish. We add your first 10 products and you add the rest.

Yes. You can make content edits to your site yourself whenever you like.

We also include up to 2 hours of content edits each month that we do for you, depending on your plan (see the pricing cards). For online shops, training is included so you can add new products and manage your orders.

No problem, we can do a new site or a redesign of the current site, all the while your current site will still be live. Once you’re happy with the new site we’ll push your new site to the live server.

Depending on the package you choose, we try to get your website out in 2-3 weeks. Once signed up we’ll be contacting you for a Zoom discovery consultation which entails questions about your business and your goals and needs.

Yes. Hosting is included in every website package, so there’s nothing extra to buy for your website to run.

We don’t provide email accounts. For business email we recommend a dedicated provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and we’re happy to help you connect it to your domain.

Ranking on Google or any other search engine like Bing or Yahoo takes time and this is especially true with a new website. We make sure your site is SEO ready with best practices to ensure your site can rank on Google. Getting results quickly however is not how organic ranking works and the best course then would be to chat to us about digital marketing services.

There are various payment options including credit/debit cards, COD, Internet Transfer etc. We’ll integrate what best matches your specific needs.

Yes we now offer FREE SSL certificates with all Website Packages including the eCommerce package. This means you can have the green padlock or https:// in the browser bar and inspire confidence with your website visitors.

Standard options are included, from a variety of couriers and even local collection. And if required, advanced delivery options can be added as an additional option to the eCommerce package.

Yes. You can use any domain you own, whatever its extension.

We don’t sell domains. If you don’t have one yet, register it with the registrar of your choice and we’ll help you point it to your new website.

Every plan includes a generous monthly visit allowance, shown on its pricing card. Most small-business sites use only a fraction of it. A visit is one unique visitor in 24 hours; bots and crawlers don’t count.

Occasional spikes, like a campaign or press coverage, are fine. If your site goes over its allowance two months in a row, or its traffic starts affecting other sites on the server, we’ll get in touch and recommend upgrading your plan or moving to your own cloud server, priced separately.

There are no surprise overage charges, and we never take your site down without talking to you first. The only exception is an attack or emergency that puts other clients’ sites at risk, where we may limit traffic temporarily while we sort it out.
